This can be very exciting and rewarding! This can be helpful to book clubs, organizations, network groups, girlfriends or any group of people that want to take the journey together.
You will receive the same services as one on one mentoring. Group mentoring is done via teleconferences and if you live in the Atlanta or surrounding areas you can have your group mentoring in person!
The advantages of participating in group mentoring are:
- Your fellow participants add to the energy of each session, thereby increasing everyone's level of motivation and participation
- You’ll have someone to continue the journey with you once your mentoring sessions has expired
- Group mentoring increases accountability. With tasks that need to be done between sessions, it is harder to procrastinate when you know that you'll be reporting in to the group at the next session
- The group becomes a source of mutual support and long-lasting synergistic relationships
- And it’s just plain ole fun
